The game

You run a company. Make the most money.

Mukika is a physical board game — deliberately so. Real cards on a real table, teams shouting across the room, and a scoreboard nobody can argue with. In five rounds you'll do the three things every business does: pick your market, build your offer, and get leads.

A session in five rounds

1

Pick your market

Draw three market cards, keep one. Is this a group in real pain, with money to spend, that you can actually reach — and is it growing? Choose badly and you'll feel it for the rest of the game.

2

Build your offer

Stack solution cards across the four levers of value: dream outcome, likelihood, speed, and ease. A weak lever drags your whole offer down — exactly like in real life.

3

Add extras & set your price

Play enhancers, then choose: low, mid, or premium. Premium pricing is only possible with a starving market AND a grand-slam offer. The game makes you earn it.

4

Get leads

Activate channels: warm outreach, content, cold outreach, paid ads, a lead magnet. Ads cost money every round. Diversify and the game rewards you.

5

See the results

The math runs, the leaderboard speaks: customers and kept profit for every company. Before final scoring there's an Improve round — fix your weakest link and stage a comeback. Nobody is ever knocked out.

Built for real rooms

Small groups (8–15)

4–6 companies of 1–3 people. One organiser runs the whole table. Perfect for business circles and team off-sites.

Big rooms (20–35+)

Split into tables of 3–4 companies, each playing its own game. Built to scale to seminars, classrooms, and conferences.

Winning means profit

Most kept profit wins — and ties go to whoever did it with FEWER customers. More money, not more customers. That's the whole lesson.

Every card in the box carries a QR code. Scan it mid-game and the website shows you that exact card — what it does, and what it means for a real business. The table teaches the game; the site teaches the business.
